Once I place the order, how long will it take to ship my order?
For in stock items, 100% of orders received by 2 PM local time coast to coast will be shipped out the same day. For items not in stock, order processing can take an additional 1-2 business days. To ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments at no additional cost to you.

How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive an email once your order is shipped. If you did not provide an email address at the time the order was placed, you may call us at (800)-845-3841 anytime during regular business hours (7:30 am to 5:30 pm MST) or send us an email to get an update on your order status.

How do I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation email you receive. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please call us at (800)-845-3841 or send us an email to help@herbalprovider.com for order status information.

Once shipped, how long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service you choose at the time order is placed. Please review the "Shipping & Delivery" times information on the Customer Service page to learn more.

How can I make changes to my order?
Because most orders are processed and prepared for shipment soon after they are placed, you must call us at (800)-845-3841 within 15 minutes after your order is placed if you would like to make any changes to your order. We regret that we will not be able to make any changes to the order once it is processed and prepared for shipment. If you would like to add products to your order, please call us and we will be more than happy to check and confirm if we can combine and ship the additional products at no extra cost to you. We regret that we cannot combine orders or add products to an existing order once it has been processed and shipped.

How do I cancel my order?
Because we are committed to providing you with prompt and efficient service, we process orders that we receive for in-stock items minutes after we receive them. So, if you wish to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible and we will let you know if it is possible to cancel the order. Orders that have already been processed and prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled and can only be returned for a refund less shipping charges.

How will I know when a backordered item is back in stock?
We will notify you by email if an item you ordered is on backorder and when we expect to have it back in stock. If you are in a hurry and don’t want to wait, we are happy to ship out comparable products by another brand at no extra cost to you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with our products and service and will do whatever we can to ensure that.

How can I find out if your products are safe to take with medications I am currently taking?
We strongly encourage all of our customers to consult with either their doctor, a qualified health professional, or an alternative medicine practitioner before taking any supplements along with prescription medications. How do I exchange a product I ordered?
If you received a product in error, please let us know and we will ship out the right product to you and send you a prepaid envelope to return the incorrect product back to us. If you changed your mind and wish to exchange the product you ordered for a different product, please call us at (800)-845-3841 to discuss options that might best suit your particular situation.

How do I return a product I ordered?
If your order is eligible for a return/ refund as per the guidelines set forth in our Quality Satisfaction / Money-Back Guarantee", you can return the product to us by mailing it to our address on the Contact Us page. Please be sure to include your order ID along with the product you are returning to help us locate your order and begin the process for a refund. Refunds for products that are returned without an order ID may be delayed by an additional 3 to 5 business days. If you are unsure about whether or not the product you ordered is eligible for a refund, please call us at 1-800-845-3841 or send us an email with your order ID before you mail the product back to us for a refund.

What are my options if change my mind after I have placed an order?

Although we do not guarantee that we will be able to cancel or made changes to your order, we will make every effort to accommodate customer requests in this regard. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified in any way. If you no longer want the product, you are welcome to refuse the package when it is delivered to you so it can be returned back to us at no cost to you. However, please be advised that the shipping cost incurred by us is not refundable and this applies even if you received free shipping.

What should I do if I need to change the shipping address on my order?

Although we do not guarantee that we will be able to make the requested changes, we will make every effort to accommodate customer requests in this regard. If the package is returned back to us because of insufficient / incorrect address, we will be more than happy to reship the same to you, but please be advised that shipping charges will apply. If you do not want the order reshipped to the correct address and would rather have a refund, we will be happy to take care of that for you as soon as the package is received back in our warehouse. Once again, shipping charges incurred by us to ship the package to you are not refundable.

What is your policy on lost/stolen orders?
Domestic Shipments:
Although extremely rare, it is possible for packages to get delayed, damaged, or lost during transit. It is precisely for this reason that we use address verification and delivery confirmation on all of our packages. Except when order tracking shows non-delivery, we do NOT assume any responsibility for lost or stolen orders.

International Shipments:
While we understand that it can be extremely frustrating to wait indefinitely for an order or not know what happened to an order, please be advised that we do not and cannot assume any responsibility for orders delayed, damaged, or lost in transit to international destinations nor can we issue any refunds. We encourage our international customers to familiarize themselves with local customs regulations before placing their order for nutritional supplements to minimize the risk of shipments being delayed or returned due to local customs restrictions.

What is your money-back policy?

What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
All orders received by 2 pm local time coast to coast will be processed the same day they are received and all in-stock items will be shipped out the same day. Your order may be split into multiple shipments if one or more items in your order is on backorder – you will not be charged additional shipping charges if your order is split into multiple shipments. Backordered items are generally processed and shipped the day they are received back in stock.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?
International orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any international order that we have reason to suspect is fraudulent, is too expensive to ship, and/or has an increased risk of being returned back by Customs because it is a restricted product. If we decide to cancel your order, we will send you an email to notify you of our decision.
