Once I place the order, how long will it take to ship my order?
For in stock items, 100% of orders received by 3 PM local time coast to coast will be shipped out the same day. For items not in stock, order processing can take an additional 1-2 business days. To ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments at no additional cost to you.
How will I know when my order is shipped?

Because most orders are processed and prepared for shipment soon after they are placed, you are encouraged to call us at (800)-845-3841 to make changes to your order before they are shipped. We regret that we will not be able to make any changes to the order once it is shipped. If you would like to add products to your order, please call us and we will ship you the additional products at no extra cost to you.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please call to let us know as soon as possible and we will let you know if it is possible to cancel the order. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled and can only be returned for a refund less shipping charges.
How will I know when a backordered item is back in stock?
We will notify you by email if an item you ordered is on backorder and when we expect to have it back in stock. If you are in a hurry and don’t want to wait, we are happy to ship out comparable products by another brand at no extra cost to you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with our products and service and will do whatever we can to ensure that.

Printing and distributing catalogs not only increase our overheads and, consequently, your costs, they also destroy one of our most valuable natural resources, trees. So, in the twin interests of doing our part to preserve our natural resources for future generations and to keep product prices affordable, we have a PDF version of our catalog available for review and download on our website.
Can I set up a wholesale account?
To set-up a wholesale account, we need the Resale Certificate and/or the Business License. To get wholesale pricing, the minimum order total is $75 - orders less than $75 will not be eligible for wholesale discount pricing even if you have a wholesale account set up with us. Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $75, but if you would like to get your order shipped express, please be advised that you will be responsible for actual shipping charged incurred by us.

What is your return/refund policy?
All products are eligible for our unconditional 60-day return and refunds policy. To receive the refund, products must be received by us in original packaging and in resalable condition within 60 days from the date the order is delivered to the customer. Products received AFTER the 60-day deadline and/or not in resalable condition are NOT eligible for a refund will incur an additional shipping fee for reshipment back to sender.
What is your policy on lost/stolen orders?
Domestic Shipments:
Although extremely rare, it is possible for packages to get delayed, damaged, or lost during transit. It is precisely for this reason that we use address verification and delivery confirmation on all of our packages. Except when order tracking shows non-delivery, we do NOT assume any responsibility for lost or stolen orders.
International Shipments:
While we understand that it can be extremely frustrating to wait indefinitely for an order or not know what happened to an order, please be advised that we do not assume any responsibility for orders delayed, damaged, or lost in transit to international destinations nor can we issue any refunds. If an international package gets returned back to us for any reason, we will process a refund less actual shipping charges incurred by us. Backordered items are generally processed and shipped the day they are received back in stock (usually within 2-3 business days).
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
International orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any international order that we have reason to suspect is fraudulent, is too expensive to ship, and/or has an increased risk of being returned back by Customs because it is a restricted product.
