Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

Within United States, get FREE standard shipping for orders over $29. Orders for in-stock items received by 2 PM coast to coast (Monday thru Friday) are generally shipped the same day. Orders received during the weekend or on holidays are shipped the next business day.

Domestic Orders

If you would like to order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-800-845-3841 and our friendly Customer Relations Associates will be glad to assist you. Alternately, you can place an order online using our fast and completely secure online checkout process, fax your order to 1-801-225-6160, or mail your order along with your payment to our address.

For in stock items, all orders received by 2 PM local time coast to coast are generally shipped out the same day the order is received. Orders received after these times are shipped out the next business day. For items not in stock, order processing times can and do vary. If a product you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you of its status via email or phone. To ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments at no additional cost to you

We ship via US Postal Service and UPS. We choose the best carrier based on the shipping address given. If you have a preference for a carrier, please let us know and we will make every effort to ship via your preferred carrier (additional charges may apply). When shipped via the postal service, your package is usually delivered to your mailbox and you do not have to be home to sign for it. Yes, we ship to all PO Box addresses and military APO/FPO addresses.

International Orders

All International orders are generally shipped using the United States Postal Service, but we may use other carriers (e.g. DHL) for some orders at our discretion. If you would like to us to ship your order using a particular carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx), please notify us before you place your order so we may advise you of additional shipping charges, if any. Delivery times given above are excluding the processing time of 2-3 business days for in-stock items. Please check with your local customs office about possible restrictions on the products you are interested in before placing an order because we do NOT accept any responsibility for international orders that are delayed, damaged, or lost during transit, or returned to us by your local Customs office as undeliverable.

You may return up to 1 open bottle of any SKU (and any number of unopened bottles in new, resalable condition) for a 100% refund of the product price. We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges incurred by us to ship your order to you; this applies even if you received FREE shipping.

For products by all other brands
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return the product(s) to us within 60 days from the date your order was delivered to you. Products must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition, and received by us before the end of the 60-days deadline to be eligible for a refund of 100% of the product purchase price. We regret that open / used products and shipping charges incurred by us to ship your order to you are not eligible for a refund.

International Orders: We regret that international orders are not eligible for a refund under our Quality / Satisfaction policy because of the risk of damage to product integrity due to factors outside of our control (e.g. transit times, improper package storage / handling by local Customs and shipping offices). We thank you in advance for your understanding in this regard.
